Bass’ River Resort is your complete one stop destination for family friendly outdoor fun! We offer float trips, camping, log cabins, horseback riding, hiking and a variety of other resort amenities.
Experience the beauty of the Missouri Ozarks with a float on the pristine waters of the Courtois, Huzzah or upper Meramec Rivers. We offer canoes, kayaks and rafts. We also provide shuttles for guests who have their own equipment.
We offer a wide variety of camping options that include primitive, electric only, water & electric and Full Hookups. Our spacious campsites are great for groups of all sizes with many located along the banks of the Courtois.
If camping isn’t for you, we offer a wide variety of cabin options that accommodate groups of all sizes. All of the lodging units are equipped with a kitchen, restroom and shower, A/C and heat. All campsites and cabins are provided with a fire ring and picnic table. Cabin guests have a charcoal grill outside of the unit and enjoy free use of the pool.
Camping
Choose from primitive sites, electric only, water & electric or full hookup (water, electric & sewer). Primitive sites can accommodate one RV and one tent, or a pop-up and two tents, or a maximum of 2 tents or 8 people per site. 30 or 50 amp electric service. Each of our sites come equipped with a picnic table and fire ring. Pick your favorite riverside site for easy access to the Courtois River.

If camping isn’t for you check out our several types of lodging options that can accommodate groups of all sizes. We have Cozy Cabins (4 max), Deluxe Cozy Cabins (7 max), Log Cabins (8max/12max), Hideaway & A-Frame House (12 max), Meadow View Lodges (16 max), Cedar Creek & Hickory Hollow (20 max) Ridgeview 1 & 2 (20 max), Lodging Houses(20 max). All our lodging units include a kitchen, bathroom, heat/ac, fire ring, picnic table and charcoal grill.
Floating is a great way to enjoy the crystal clear Courtois, Huzzah, and Meramec Rivers. Bass' River Resort offers the finest floating services on Missouri's most popular streams in the Ozarks. We offer canoe trips varying from 6, 7, and 13 mile lengths. Our most popular floats are those floating to and from the campground, which is located right along the Courtois.
Canoes
Canoes are ideal for fishing, paddling or just relaxing. Whether you choose to float in the summer or spring months you will find the Courtois and Huzzah Rivers taking on a unique beauty each season.
Rafting
Rafts are a popular choice for families and large groups looking to relax on the river. We offer a variety of sizes with 4, 6, 8 & 10 man rafts.
Kayaking
We have single & tandem sit-on-top kayaks, these are great for all ages and are easy to navigate. Even with no training, anyone can enjoy a day on the river.
Horseback Riding
While visiting, make time to see the beautiful Ozarks on a guided trail ride. Choose from our 1 hour Mountain Top & River Bottom, 2 hour Scenic Overlook Ride, or our 1 1/2 hour Sunset Ride. Trail Rides are available May through October. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. A two person minimum is required for all rides. All children must be 8 or older to ride, unless they are doing a kiddie ride.
